OVP is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for coverage at OBleness. Provider must be available 710 shifts a month consistently for the next 34 months
EMR EPIC
Annual Volume 30000
Physician shifts 7a7p 11a11p & 7p7a
APP shifts 9a9p & 5p5a
Number of beds 21 beds
Transfer locations Any of the Ohio Health facilities (Grant Riverside Doctors)
Transfer % 9.9
Admission Rate % 10.6Please note:
Medical Staff fees will be reimbursed after provider has completed first shift
Physician conversion fee cap xx18xx20K
Requirement description : All items below need to be notated in additional information at the time of name clear.
- Please submit rates and availability at time of name clear REQUIRED
- MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) REQUIRED
- MUST have 2 recent experience REQUIRED
- EM boarded physicians need NRP REQUIRED
- Other boarded physicians need ACLS ATLS BLS NRP and PALS REQUIRED
- APPs need ACLS BLS NRP and PALS REQUIRED
- Ohio License REQUIRED
- Covid Vaccination REQUIRED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Ohio
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : BLS ACLS Board Certified
Weekend Requirements : Yes
