Quality Engineer - Incoming Inspection

Quality Responsibilities:

• Incoming Inspection of material/components. (Mechanical Analytics/Electronics Electrical)
• Preparation of Incoming Inspection sheet.
• Updation of Incoming material inspection status (in server)
• In process Inspection and record generation
• Final Inspection and Internal Inspection Report Generation.
• Test certificates compilation with respect to project wise.
• Maintaining list of measuring instruments and coordinating for calibration of those instruments through external lab/agency.
• Measuring First pass yield and record generation.
• Performing Inhouse testing of Systems and conforming.
• Coordination with customers for document review during FAT.
• Preparation of work instructions for the process as applicable.

Interpersonal Skills

• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Handson experience in Shopfloor for carryingout Incoming material inspections In process and final Inspection of components/systems.
• Handson experience in preparing/generating Inspection reports.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality management systems.
• Knowledge of Safety 5s Kaizen etc. would be an advantage.
• Positive cando approach and enthusiasm.
• Familiar to EHS Continuous improvement behaviors.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a crossfunctional environment and across functional boundaries.
• Learning agility.
