We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The Power BI Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements design data models develop reports and dashboards and provide insights to support datadriven decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.
2. Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
3. Create data models and optimize data structures for efficient data analysis.
4. Extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
5. Develop and maintain data visualizations including charts graphs and interactive reports.
6. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within Power BI reports.
7. Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
8. Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
9. Provide training and support to endusers on Power BI usage and best practices.
10. Stay updated on latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously improve BI solutions.
