Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator

Location: Claremont NH

Salary Range: $35.40/hour $46.75/hour

Shift: Night (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)

Position Type: Permanent

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in a coordinating or leadership role preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator in Claremont NH. This is a permanent night shift position with a salary range of $35.40/hour $46.75/hour. As a Clinical Coordinator you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing clinical operations during the night shift ensuring highquality patient care and promoting staff development and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee clinical operations during the night shift including patient care assignments admissions and discharges.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff ensuring adherence to policies procedures and standards of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status address concerns and provide support to staff as needed.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff providing guidance and education on clinical skills and procedures.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records in electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in a coordinating or leadership role preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
