Project Manager

ESP Painting is a residential and commercial painting company located in/around the Portland
Metro Area . We have been in business for 27 years and we have a strong reputation in the community for
delivering quality work and great experiences to our employees and trade partners. We have strong growth goals
for the next 5 years and are looking to add solid team members to help us build the company.

Compensation Package:

Responsibilities:

• Customer satisfaction maintaining customer relationships and achieving a strong net promoter score.
• Leading painting crews to produce work on time and on budget.
• Managing the material and labor expenses on projects to achieve the company's margin goal.
• Delivering on a weekly quarterly and annual revenue goal
  Daily communication with clients pertaining to kickoffs progress and timelines
  Leading 4 crews of painters and/or subcontractors to follow the company production model
  Recruiting leading and retaining employees to handle production capacity
  Approving and/or contouring work orders
  Completing change orders by following the change order process
  Completing kickoffs checkins final inspection and walkthroughs with clients
  Manage and oversee any touchups punchouts and warranty work on your projects
  Collecting all accounts receivable for your projects
  Completing a Goal Alignment Meeting (GAM) Report and a GAM meeting each week with your Supervisor
  and L10 Team Meetings

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a team lead or project manager is preferred
Previous experience dealing in commercial or general contracting business is preferred
Previous experience utilizing software to manage your daytoday business required
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Driver’s License
Ability to maintain 40 hours of work per week (45 during peak season/35 in down season)
High School diploma or equivalent
Able to complete a driving and criminal background check
