As an Enterprise Architecture Consultant you will:

• Be responsible for delivering the Target Architecture for the Wholesale & Rural (W&R) Business Architecture department defining the strategic direction and creating cohesion across all business lines and regions.
  
• Collaborate with the W&R Business Architecture team to gather existing documentation and insights while proposing future directions and strategic transformations.
  
• Engage and convince a broad range of stakeholders including solution architects regional COOs and business representatives through effective communication and strategic visioning.
  
• Document relevant business and IT trends and articulate the architecture vision for both wholesale and rural segments.
  
• Translate this vision across different dimensions such as regions and business lines ensuring alignment with overarching themes like data management and process optimization.
  
• Deliver both current and future state application landscapes demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the enterprises needs and potential growth paths.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise or business architecture including practical architecture and modeling skills.
  
• At least 3 years of specific experience within the financial industry preferably in wholesale banking showcasing a deep understanding of the sectors unique challenges and opportunities.
  
• Proficiency in TOGAF or similar frameworks demonstrating strong foundational knowledge in architectural principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of successful stakeholder management.
  
• Ability to develop a clear and actionable vision maintaining a steady strategic direction in complex business environments.
  
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
