• Proven management experience organising and supervising the work of others promoting a good working culture in the store
  
• Fresh food knowledge is essential
  
• Be able to work both in a team and on your own initiative
  
• Must be highly proficient and competent in controlling food safety and be fully knowledgeable on all areas of HACCP.
  

Responsibilities for this Retail Deli Manager Job:

• Oversee the running of the bakery coffee dock and deli department
  
• Leading a team of staff organising making plans for work to be completed and checking on the quality of work completed
  
• Stock ordering and control of proper ordering
  
• Proper controls of food safety hygiene and HACCP management
