Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The
Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of
product vision strategy and roadmap. This role will collaborate closely with cross
functional teams to define product requirements prioritize features and ensure timely
delivery of highquality products that delight our customers.
Location:CalicutUL Cyber park
Responsibilities:
Manage and own product lifecycle activities from concept to design
development testing deployment roll out support and finally product end of
life.
Align vision and collaborate with stakeholders in the execution of the product.
Conduct market research customer interviews and competitive analysis to
inform product strategy and direction.
Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of
product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders and
development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with QA teams to define and execute test plans ensuring product
quality and functionality meet acceptance criteria.
Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and userfriendly product
designs that meet user needs and align with product goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design
marketing and sales to define and deliver product releases.
Conduct product demos and reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback
validate requirements and ensure alignment with expectations.
Requirements
12 years of previous experience in a product development or management
role.
A bachelor s degree or master's degree in Computer Science Engineering
Business or a related field.
Knowledge of BRD tools like JIRA Confluence Asana or other similar tools.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally with
internal and external teams.
Attention to detail and the ability to creatively solve problems.
