a) Attend queries raised by the client.
b) Escalate unhandled issues to the L2 team.
c) Conduct Monthly ULB /PHEO/WATCO visits as
required.
d) Drive adoption of SUJOG in their jurisdiction.
e) Train the ULB/department staff (technical
personnel and endusers) to enable them in
effectively
operating.
f) Retraining the staff whenever changes are made in
the Solution that is implemented for this
project.
g) Impart training to the personnel from client head
office and ULBs in the operation of the application
software generation of MIS reports maintenance
of User Logins and operations of the backend
servers policies and procedures.
h) Distribution of training materials like user
manuals econtent training video.
i) Submit the Monthly Update report in specified
format in each month
