Position: Peoplesoft HRMS developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Craft develop tailor and manage PeopleSoft HRMS applications/modules covering Core HR Payroll Benefits Administration Time and Labor and Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements for HRMS improvements and customizations.
• Generate technical designs and specifications aligned with business needs ensuring compliance with HR best practices and regulations.
• Customize PeopleSoft HRMS modules to fulfill business requirements maintaining coding standards and optimizing system performance.
• Design and implement test plans to guarantee the quality and reliability of HRMS customizations and enhancements.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance for PeopleSoft HRMS applications promptly addressing issues and resolving defects.
• Document technical designs code modifications and configuration updates for future reference and knowledge dissemination.
• Stay updated on PeopleSoft HRMS technology advancements industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams encompassing HR IT and business analysts to ensure seamless HRMS system implementation and integration.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to end users on PeopleSoft HRMS functionalities and features.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing and customizing PeopleSoft HRMS applications/modules.
• Showcase robust analytical and problemsolving skills adept at deciphering complex HR processes into technical solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities facilitating effective collaboration with HR stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Bring experience with PeopleSoft HRMS upgrades patches and maintenance activities.
• Possess knowledge of HRMS best practices compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
• Any relevant PeopleSoft certifications (e.g. PeopleSoft Certified Developer) would be advantageous.
