Role: ServiceNow Architect

Job Location: Alpharetta GA Day 1 Onsite Candidate needs to work 3 Days at Client Office.

Note: Should have Good Experience in CMDB

Should have Strong Handson Experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITSM ITOM ITBM Service Portal and ServiceNow Integration Hub.

Proven experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of IT service management processes ITIL framework and industry best practices.

  • The ServiceNow Architect plays a critical role in the design implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions within the organization.
  • This position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform IT service management processes and business requirements to architect solutions that drive efficiency automation and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Architecture:
  • Design endtoend solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Develop technical specifications architecture diagrams and solution designs for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards best practices and governance policies within the ServiceNow environment.

2. Platform Customization and Configuration:

  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs and workflows.
  • Develop ServiceNow components such as workflows forms UI policies business rules and integrations.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Business Management (ITBM).

3. Integration and Automation:

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications using APIs web services and middleware.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and processes to streamline service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leverage ServiceNow Orchestration and Automation capabilities to automate repetitive tasks and activities.

4. Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices for ServiceNow development and architecture.

5. Performance Optimization and Scalability:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize performance scalability and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct performance tuning load testing and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance under varying workloads.
  • Implement best practices for ServiceNow instance management including instance cloning patching and upgrades.

6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Document technical designs configurations and implementation details for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams deployment guides and standard operating procedures.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training workshops to empower endusers and technical staff with ServiceNow expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong Handson Experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITSM ITOM ITBM Service Portal and ServiceNow Integration Hub.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes ITIL framework and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript XML HTML CSS and other web technologies used in ServiceNow development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
