Technical Lead- Salesforce

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and coding standards
• Manage and prioritize project deliverables and timelines
• Identify and address technical issues and risks
• Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations
• Participate in system integration and data migration projects
• Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce features and technologies
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including testing and quality assurance
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases features and best practices
• Communicate project status issues and resolutions to management and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II
• Proven experience in technical leadership within Salesforce projects
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization
• Expertise in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs
• Indepth knowledge of Salesforce data model security model and sharing settings
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members
• Understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
• Capability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Architect are a plus
• Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica is advantageous
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing is desirable
