Role Overview
As an Architect with 2 years of experience youll be an integral part of our design execution team contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our projects. From conceptualization to execution youll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and gain valuable experience in the field of architecture.
Position: Architect (2 Years Experience)
Experience: 2 years
Qualifications: B.Arch
Probation Period: 3 months
Job Location: Greater Kailash New Delhi 110048
Working Days: Monday Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop design concepts and solutions for various projects.
- Assist in translating design concepts into detailed drawings and specifications.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on design and execution.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist in conducting site visits and inspections as required.
- Utilize your software proficiency and communication skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2 years of experience in architectural design and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Sketchup and Lumion.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with senior team members.
- Internship / work experience in designing and detailing largescale projects is preferable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines.
- A passiondriven individual with a strong sense of accountability for performance.
