Role Overview:
As a Junior FX Partnerships Broker you will play a pivotal role in supporting the partnerships division with a focus on business development. You will assist in developing and nurturing relationships with external partners contributing to the growth of revenue and client base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior brokers to manage partnerships and drive business development initiatives.
- Assisting in the identification of new partnership opportunities and executing strategies for growth.
- Providing valuable insights and market updates to partners fostering strong and enduring relationships.
- Supporting in the coordination of partnership activities ensuring seamless communication and support.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in FX sales or a related role.
- Strong passion for the financial markets with a keen interest in FX and payments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Good knowledge of FX derivatives. Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
