- Service Cardmembers enquiries primarily face to face and over the phone, ensuring at all times that all requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner. - Provide first contact resolution on all Cardmember enquiries for any customer service related enquiries and facilitate the information from other departments to the benefit of the Cardmember. - Ensure core benefits of various Card products are delivered to Cardmembers Complete satisfaction. - Handles the request of customers for direct debit, coordinate with bank for approval and set up the account on the system as per policy and under dual control. - Responsible for logging cards and pincodes received from Bahrain and contacting customers for pick up as per policy and under dual control. - Responsible for collecting guarantee cheques from customers, updating the details on the system, coordinating with Risk Team to release the account and log the guarantee cheques for safe custody as per policy and under dual control. - Assists and coordinates with different departments within Qatar office and BOC in order to resolve customer problems - Carry out projects as and when assigned by the Supervisor/Manager - Answer all incoming telephone calls • *Remittances** - Receive and Process remittances from Cardmembers and staff, handling different nature of financial instruments. - Secure cash and cheques and maintain appropriate controls over audit records - Perform end of day transactions and all related functions (Logs & Controls) to the fullest accurately and consistently - Ensure all Compliance, legal & sanctions (Money Laundering) rules and regulations are adhered to the fullest - Maintaining proper logs/files in compliance with audit and company’s procedure. - Prepare Bank Deposit Slips - Handling Remittance
