Job Description:As the Install Shop Lead Installer/Tech you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daytoday operations of the install shop while actively participating in installations. Your responsibilities will include planning directing and implementing strategies to enhance customer service drive sales increase profitability and grow our customer base.

Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED; associate degree or technical school certification preferred.
Certification to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery.
6 months of previous experience preferred especially in auto body repair.
Customerminded team player with effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadlineoriented environment.
Computer skills (Excel Word and NCR) and organizational abilities.
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Basic mathematical skills and the ability to multitask.
Fluency in English is required.
Preferred: 1 year Auto Body Repair
