Roadway Engineer

Fullservice engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Roadway Engineer to their Indianapolis office!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of roadway design projects
  
• Manage/coordinate staff duties
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Assist with marketing/business development (proposal writing trade show/conference attendance)
  
• Meet/exceed client expectations
  
• Participate in state/regional professional associations
  
• Develop/design roadway projects for state/local clients
  
• Develop timesaving design processes to be utilized by other engineers to ensure efficiency and profitability
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  
• PE License or ability to obtain within 12 months
  
• 2 years of INDOT roadway design experience
  
• Proficient in Microstation OpenRoads or other roadway design software
  
• Project management experience preferred
  
• Pavement design experience preferred
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
