We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a fulltime member of our team you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for answering incoming calls responding to emails and handling live chats from our clients. Your main goal will be to provide a positive and helpful experience for our clients ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and live chats from clients

Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in our database

Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary

Stay uptodate on company products services and policies to provide accurate information to clients

Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer interactions

Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics

Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience

Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience preferably in a remote or call center setting

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus

Must be able to work fulltime including some evenings and weekends if needed

Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace to work remotely
