Job Description
As a Public Area Supervisor at Hawar Resort, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of all public areas within our resort premises. Your role is integral to ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the public area cleaning team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to the unique needs of our resort.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, pool areas, and outdoor spaces, to identify cleanliness issues, maintenance needs, and safety hazards.
- Take prompt and effective actions to address any cleanliness issues, maintenance needs, or safety hazards identified during inspections, and ensure that corrective measures are implemented promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with procurement to replenish supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to public areas promptly and professionally, and take appropriate actions to resolve them to the satisfaction of our guests.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations, and implement measures to promote a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to public area cleaning activities, including cleaning schedules, inspection results, and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to public area cleaning and maintenance, and implement any relevant changes or improvements to enhance our operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in public area cleaning.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in cleaning equipment and materials.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
