Role: Sr. S/4HANA CFIN (Close to Report) Lead Consultant
Duration: 9 months with possibility of extension
Location: 100% remote (EST/CST preferred)
Travel: If any travel at all it would be to Miami with expenses covered
Visa: US Citizen or Green Card Holder Only
MUST HAVE RECENT and STRONG SAP A&D INDUSTRY WORKING IN AN SAP A&D ENVIRONMENT.
The client that needs an SAP CFIN Close to Report Consultant to work a remote project. this consultant needs to have Aerospace & Defense Industry with the A&D SAP Solution.
Job Description:
PLEASE NOTE: Biggest thing he is seeing with candidates is that they look good on paper but cannot communicate and articulate their thoughts.
Candidate musts communicate and articulate very well as everything is on Teams and chat and that is their biggest issue with candidates people cannot communicate very well. 2nd is domain experience within an A&D environment.
Client is operating as an Advisory Partner so that is why need strong communication and people that can articulate their message. Team of 15 people.

Responsibilities of Role:
- Collaborate in the development of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives
- Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for development and testing S/4HANA Finance functions associated with business operations
- Facilitate workshops (solution architecting requirements gathering) with business owners and process SMEs client staff and endusers to determine business and functional requirements
- Design and configure S/4HANA system to meet client business requirements
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training of endusers including sharing best practices
- Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
- Ability to create business process procedures (BPPs) swimlane process flows functional specifications configuration guides and testing scripts
- Assist Data Stewards with Master Data transformation and load from legacy system to S/4HANA
