Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Dallas TX Onsite

Job Type: Long term contractual role on full time

Job Overview: As a Scrum Master you will collaborate with product teams engineers and crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality software product delivery by adhering to PMO standards and procedures. You will be responsible for running agile ceremonies managing team backlogs prioritizing initiatives and facilitating process improvement. Your role will involve producing quality deliverables presenting status updates to executive leadership and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Actively manage Kanban boards sprints epics stories and other issues assigned to the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope requirements and sprint goals.
• Gather and document business requirements systems flow data dependencies and functional design.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions solution analysis project kickoffs standups and status meetings.
• Create and present various agile reports to leadership.
• Translate information requests from internal customers into actionable tasks for developers.
• Manage inbound request queue prioritize requests and communicate status with stakeholders.
• Create and manage project plans for longrunning initiatives.
• Track and report work status people assignments and completion.
• Own and manage change management and release management processes.
• Support IT team governance audit and control processes.
• Manage and govern team data documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 5 years of proven working experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations standards and best practices is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies and related SDLC concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and related tools.
• Experience working with Agile Project Management tools (JIRA Rally VersionOne etc.).
• Excellent verbal written and problemsolving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and staff.
• SAFe or CSM Certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
