Hours: Full Time

Job Overview:

As a Business Analyst you will serve as a vital link between business problems and technology solutions primarily focusing on Client Operations. You will collaborate with business units and the IT Client Implementations department to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients Business Ops and Account Management teams.
• Guide clients through the implementation process assessing business and implementation risks troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring client success.
• Develop implementation plans and communicate progress to client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Create functional requirements for new and existing systems data loads jobs and processes.
• Translate ambiguous data requests from internal customers into actionable tasks for developers.
• Gather and document business requirements system flows data dependencies and functional requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions solution analysis and project kickoffs.
• Manage inbound request queue prioritize requests and communicate with stakeholders.
• Conduct quantitative analysis using SQL to create adhoc reports/queries.
• Support IT team governance audit and control processes.
• Manage and maintain data documentation of solutions requirements credentials and processes.
• Demonstrate technical leadership and influence outside of the immediate team.
• Integrate technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for clients.
• Own and manage the change management and release management process.
• Undertake special projects as requested.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• 3 5 years of proven working experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Thorough experience with agile scrum methodologies and running ceremonies independently.
• Proficiency in Jira and ability to write JQL to generate reports.
• Technical expertise in requirements gathering process engineering and technical documentation.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to write Select queries.
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry is required.
• Excellent written verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to develop manage and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels.
