ERP Systems Analyst

Position: ERP Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assess business processes and needs to pinpoint opportunities for optimizing ERP systems effectively.
• Work closely with stakeholders to compile and document business requirements for customizing and enhancing ERP systems.
• Design and set up ERP system modules to align with business processes ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to uphold the quality and consistency of ERP system implementations and updates.
• Provide handson support to end users including issue troubleshooting resolution and user training on ERP system functionalities.
• Create and manage documentation encompassing system configurations user manuals and training resources.
• Collaborate with IT teams to seamlessly integrate ERP systems with other enterprise applications and data repositories.
• Monitor system performance investigate data inconsistencies and implement necessary corrective measures as required.
• Stay abreast of ERP technology advancements and best practices to suggest and implement ongoing enhancements.
• Participate in project planning estimation and resource allocation efforts as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems like SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
• Showcase strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with the knack for deciphering intricate business processes into system requirements.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at various levels.
• Bring experience in ERP system configuration customization and integration.
• Familiarity with ERP system testing methods and tools is desirable.
• Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team within a fastpaced environment.
• Any relevant ERP certifications (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate) would be advantageous.
