ON-CALL TELEPHONE TECHNICIAN TIER I

Job Title: ONCALL TELEPHONE TECHNICIAN (TIER I )

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Install relocate and adjust telephone equipment as per specifications.
• Configure and troubleshoot voicemail systems.
• Setup satellite phones and dataonly devices.
• Assist in the setup and upkeep of twoway radio systems.
• Provide support for smartphone setup and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on communication equipment.
• Accurately document all installations relocations adjustments and repairs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications systems.
• Strong problemsolving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for oncall duties as necessary.
