Job Title: ONCALL DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (TIER II)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Independently provide technical assistance and support for computer hardware and software.
Utilize your experience to install maintain operate and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
Assist users with troubleshooting desktop laptop and peripheral device issues.
Install configure and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in desktop support or related field.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Ability to work independently and solve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work oncall and during evenings or weekends as needed.
