ON-CALL SYSTEMS ANDOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR TIER III

Job Title: ONCALL SYSTEMS AND/OR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (TIER III)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and maintenance for systems and/or network infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and/or network administration.

• Assist senior staff in Systems and/or Network Administration Support Services contributing to the overall success of IT operations.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and maintain network security measures.

• Document system configurations processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum of three years of experience in systems or network administration.

• Proficiency in system and/or network administration tools and technologies.

• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
