Job Title: Oracle ERP System Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to optimize business objectives using Oracle ERP systems.
• Configure Oracle ERP modules to streamline business processes and meet organizational requirements effectively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle ERP configurations customizations and integrations.
• Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle ERP solutions.
• Provide timely support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP systems resolving issues promptly and implementing effective solutions.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
• Stay uptodate with Oracle ERP updates patches and releases assessing their impact and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Conduct training sessions to educate endusers on Oracle ERP functionality best practices and system usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in working with Oracle ERP systems encompassing configuration support and enhancements.
• Strong grasp of Oracle ERP modules architecture data models and integration points.
• Experience in system analysis requirements gathering and solution design.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Oracle ERP certifications are advantageous
