Job Title: PeopleSoft Technical Lead

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of PeopleSoft developers to design develop and implement PeopleSoft applications ensuring they adhere to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to grasp requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Review code to ensure quality performance and scalability of PeopleSoft applications.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PeopleSoft applications collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams as necessary.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the PeopleSoft ecosystem providing recommendations for tool upgrades and enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications technical architecture diagrams and code documentation.
• Participate in project planning estimation and resource allocation activities to ensure timely and budgetfriendly delivery of PeopleSoft projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft tools technologies and modules such as PeopleTools Application Designer SQR Application Engine Component Interface Integration Broker and PeopleCode.
• Demonstrated experience in leading PeopleSoft development teams and successfully delivering complex PeopleSoft projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a knack for designing and implementing innovative technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective communication of technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Preferred qualifications include relevant PeopleSoft certifications (e.g. PeopleSoft Certified Expert) and familiarity with Ceipal or similar talent management software.
