Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Redding California

Hourly Pay Rate: $55/hr (Negotiable)

Shift: 06:00 16:30

Duration: 13 Weeks Position

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Redding California for a 13week position with day shifts. This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $55/hr negotiable based on experience and provides an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a supportive environment. As a Physical Therapist you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain mobility improve function and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities and limitations.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on patients needs and goals.
• Implementing evidencebased therapeutic interventions to improve strength flexibility balance and coordination.
• Monitoring patients progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Providing education to patients and their families about home exercise programs and strategies for maximizing functional independence.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals including physicians occupational therapists and speech therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Documenting all patient evaluations treatments and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Adhering to all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing highquality patient care and promoting optimal outcomes.
