Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department

Location: Fresno California

Hourly Pay Rate: $57/hr (Negotiable)

Shift: 19:00 07:30

Duration: 13week Position

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team in Fresno California for a 13week position during night shifts. This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $57/hr negotiable based on experience and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. As an RN in the Emergency Department you will play a critical role in providing highquality care to patients in need of urgent medical attention.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and triaging patients upon arrival to the Emergency Department.
• Providing immediate care and intervention to patients experiencing acute medical conditions or injuries.
• Administering medications treatments and interventions as ordered by physicians.
• Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments interventions and outcomes.
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Adhering to hospital policies procedures and standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in highstress situations.
