Direct Tax - Analyst

• Uploading trades corporate actions and various other transactions of various clients on daily basis in the software
• Prepare remittance certificates for FPI clients
• Monthly and annual checking of NSDL statement for FPI clients.
• Preparing return of income along with computation of income basis of preparation and notes to computation for FPI clients
• Coordinate with the custodian for various details required for trades and advance tax computations.
• Preparation of notional tax reports
• Updating FPI Tracker for various clients which includes tracking the expiry of TRC engagement letter undertakings etc.
• Preparing draft submissions for assessment proceedings.
