As a Document Controller (Data Management) you will:

• Execute documentation management tasks related to offshore grid connection systems encompassing project initiation and handover documentation during the realization stage as well as documentation and information for operation & maintenance stages.
  
• Control nonproject related documentation streams ensuring compliance and alignment within the organization s frameworks and standards.
  
• Work closely with colleagues in the professional Document Control department analyzing and interpreting supplied data files managing data relations in Thinkproject and other systems and monitoring data quality and consistency.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as a document controller or data controller with a preferred 3 years of experience in data controlling or related positions.
  
• Skills in customer focus result orientation quality orientation problem analysis persuasiveness planning and organizing decisiveness and progress monitoring.
  
• Language proficiency in English is mandatory with Dutch or German being preferred
  

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Manage and monitor the data drop cycle process controlling the metadata supplied by contractors and reporting on the connections between data and assets.
  
• Carry out complex mutations in systems independently identify deviations from the quality standard and create workflows and user manuals.
  
• Participate actively in data quality projects working groups and improvement initiatives identifying bottlenecks and implementing approved proposals for improvements.
