Quality Engineer Role: Make an Impact
As a Quality Engineer for our manufacturing software platform your primary responsibility is to ensure that our partner suppliers maintain the highest standards. While most of your work will involve remote quality checks occasional onsite visits to our Manchester suppliers may be necessary. Leveraging our software platform for quality control youll conduct remote quality checks using QC tickets fostering seamless collaboration and ensuring strict compliance with our quality.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Develop and implement standardized procedures for order quality assurance ensuring consistency and excellence in order processing and delivery.
- Conduct primarily remote quality checks managing QC tickets to verify images and fulfill QA requests maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the order lifecycle.
- Support strategic placement of QA tasks within the order chain collaborating closely with subcontracting partners to ensure smooth order delivery and preemptively address issues.
- Work with Sales Operations and other teams to address operational challenges drive continuous improvement and optimize automation in quality assurance processes.
- Analyze quality assurance data to improve process efficiency and drive enhancements leveraging insights to benefit various business areas.
- Provide valuable feedback to Sales and Operations teams fostering continuous improvement efforts and aligning processes with customer expectations and business objectives.
