Registered Nurse

A $15k sign on bonus is available for experienced RNs.Multiple shifts and departments available (Med/Surg Senior Behavioral Health Rehab Critical Care Float Pool PACU OR ER ICU)! We do not have part time roles available.What we expect from youProvide compassionate and highquality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Administer medications monitor vital signs and assess patient responses to treatments.Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical and psychological evaluations.Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.Utilize critical thinking skills to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency situations.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.Educate patients and their families about their health conditions treatment plans and preventive care.JOB REQUIREMENTSAssociate degree in Nursing (or 3year Diploma) required. Bachelors degree preferred.BLS certification requiredACLS must be obtained within one year of hire1year previous nursing experience preferred
