Job Summary: As Project Manager you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and process improvement across diverse projects whether customerspecific or companywide. You'll lead crossfunctional teams nurture customer relationships and ensure excellence in project management all while maintaining accountability for budgets schedules and performance benchmarks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Championing a thorough understanding and seamless translation of project requirements and objectives into actionable plans.
• Working closely with crossfunctional teams to attain project milestones and objectives across a spectrum of enterpriselevel projects.
• Cultivating robust relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle from inception to product acceptance.
• Aligning program teams with customer needs by setting clear milestones and objectives informed by stakeholder input.
• Overseeing project resources finances and schedules to uphold standards of scope quality time and cost effectiveness.

What You'll Need:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or a related field demonstrating your expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Proven experience in managing NPI (New Product Introduction) projects showcasing your adaptability and innovation in project execution.
• A bachelor’s degree preferably in Electronics Electrical Engineering Technology Industrial Engineering or a related discipline highlighting your academic foundation and industry relevance.
