Customer Service Representative in Sofia Bulgaria Fluent Dutch
As a customer service representative youll be the initial point of contact for customers who have questions need assistance or encounter issues with the companys products or services. Your responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls emails chats or other communication channels and providing solutions that meet customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Addressing customer inquiries via phone email chat or other communication channels.
Recording and documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions in the customer system.
Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and support.
Resolving customer complaints or issues with products or services ensuring a positive customer experience.
Providing product information price quotes and processing orders or returns as needed.
Collaborating with other departments within the organization to resolve customer inquiries or issues.
Following company guidelines and procedures regarding customer service and communication.
Making outbound calls for customer acquisition on some projects.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Customer orientation and empathy to effectively deal with customers.
Problemsolving ability and ability to perform under pressure.
Basic knowledge of computer and software applications.
Flexibility to work in a shift schedule including weekends and evenings if necessary.
Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
Commitment to stay with the client in Bulgaria for at least 1 year.
Minimum vocational education diploma.
Enrollment in education relevant to the project; your hours will be paid.
Fluent in Dutch and English (B2)
