Job Description:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract toptier candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive job specifications and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including interviews and reference checks to ensure a highquality talent pool.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to create and set up recruitment projects.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job briefing to candidate placement.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends salary benchmarks and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to provide valuable insights to clients and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices insights and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources Psychology or other related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of endtoend recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals within the Australian Market.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Good business acumen highly driven resultsoriented and values harmony within a team.
- Experienced in various ATS tools or job boards such as JobAdder Seek Workday Taleo LiveHire Monster Career Builder Indeed LinkedIn Recruiter and other similar tools.
- Excellent ability to sell the role to the candidates and present the candidates to the clients.
- Competency using Word Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Selfdirected and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have a very strong ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and presentation skills.
- Pleasant personality and a strong ability to create rapport.

Work Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM (AU QLD) 7 AM to 4 PM PH Time
