Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented MidLevel Epoxy Installer to join our team in Indianapolis IN. As a MidLevel Epoxy Installer at Jack Laurie Group you will play a key role in the installation of epoxy flooring systems for various projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects showcase your skills and contribute to the creation of stunning and durable flooring solutions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for epoxy installation by cleaning grinding and repairing as necessary
Mix and apply epoxy coatings according to manufacturer specifications
Install epoxy flooring systems with precision and attention to detail
Use trowels rollers and other tools to achieve desired texture and finish
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations always
Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to address any concerns or questions
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation or a related field
Knowledge of epoxy materials products and application techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
