Associate Attorney

Our client a Century Citybased firm seeks a fulltime attorney defending employers and insurers on workers compensation and related employment law issues. Ideal candidate has strong writing organizational and client development skills. 13 years of civil litigation experience preferred.

We are seeking:

• Have excellent writing and analytical skills;
  
• Work well under pressure and deadlines; and
  
• Are organized and have the ability to manage a caseload of up to 30 cases in different stages of litigation.
  

We require that you:

• Have experience in law and motions;
  
• Have experience taking and defending depositions;
  
• And are in good standing with the state bar.
  

Our practice provides detailed and thorough representation regarding all aspects of industrial injury claims from investigation to Trial. Our representation covers claims of orthopedic and psychiatric injuries chemical and toxic exposure discrimination.

Base pay is $110k $130k depending on experience with a monthly billable requirement of 165hours.
