Job Description

As a Loan Officer (Telecallers) you will be responsible for telecalling activities to support the mortgage lending process. This role requires individuals with excellent communication skills a pleasant voice and the ability to make decisions efficiently. Prior mortgage experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telecalling activities to support the mortgage lending process.

Skill Set Required:

  • Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
  • Pleasant Voice: Possessing a pleasant and engaging voice that enhances customer interactions.
  • DecisionMaking Skills: Ability to make quick and informed decisions while interacting with customers.
  • Proactive & Extrovert: Being proactive in approach and having an outgoing personality to engage with customers effectively.
  • Responsibility: Demonstrating a sense of responsibility towards assigned tasks and achieving targets.
  • Adaptable: Ability to adapt to different situations and handle varying customer inquiries.
  • Good Listening Skills: Actively listening to customer queries and concerns to provide appropriate assistance.
  • Willingness to Address Volume of Calls: Ability and willingness to handle a high volume of calls approximately 100 calls a day.


Requirements

Desired Applicant:

  • Graduate candidates with good communication and interpersonal skilss
  • Thorough knowledge of all mortgage loans products and familiarity with competitors offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively sell products and provide necessary services to customers.
  • Proficiency in analyzing credit documents to determine eligibility.
  • Skilled in handling objections from customers.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Effective planning abilities with expertise in geography mapping and sales management.
  • Proven selling skills with a track record of successful conversions and objection handling.

Good to Have:

  • Strong logical reasoning skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum qualification of a Graduate.
  • 02 years of experience in a similar role. Prior mortgage experience would be an added advantage.
