Data Entry Specialist

Day-to-Day:

An employer in the Goodlettsville area is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to assist the team. This person is expected to reach out to different managers, or stores to get updates or data on unemployment information or background investigations. This person needs to be comfortable having those conversations and have experience making outbound calls. They will work through two internal systems as well to navigate getting these updates and need to be comfortable doing so. This is a high-volume setting, but a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large retail client and grow with their team.

Must-Haves:

1-2 years of CSR experience

2-4 years of experience in a high-volume setting

Comfortable navigating multiple systems at once

Outbound calling experience
