Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Manager

Location: Pune

Experience: 10 years

Qualification: MBA in HR

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Lead the hiring process for various positions from planning to execution ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
  • Manage and coordinate with recruitment agencies working closely to fulfill recruitment needs.
  • Close collaboration with recruitment agencies to ensure efficient recruitment processes and highquality candidate selection.
  • Source CVs and map potential employees for various positions within the organization.

2. Employee Life Cycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a smooth transition at all stages.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement throughout the life cycle.

3. Pay structure management:

  • Conduct periodic pay surveys.
  • Schedule and conduct job evaluations.
  • Prepare pay budgets and monitor individual pay actions.
  • Recommend plan and implement pay structure revisions.

4. Performance Management:

  • Ensure the planning monitoring and appraisal of employee work results.
  • Train managers to coach and discipline employees.
  • Schedule management conferences and resolve employee grievances.

5. Employee Benefits Administration:

  • Maintain employee benefits programs.
  • Study benefit needs and trends recommending programs to management.
  • Direct the processing of benefit claims and conduct educational programs on benefit programs.

6. HR Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and implement applicable federal and state human resource requirements.

7. HR Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the HR budget ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet departmental objectives.
  • Monitor expenses and identify costsaving opportunities while maintaining quality HR services.

8. Professional Development:

  • Attend educational workshops and review professional publications to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
  • Establish personal networks and participate in professional societies.
