Bams RMO night shift

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to patients
• Conduct regular rounds to assess and monitor the condition of patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physicians
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure smooth operations in the hospital
• Document patient information treatment plans and progress accurately
• Assist in minor procedures and surgeries as required
• Respond to calls from other departments and provide medical advice as needed
• Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with latest medical practices
• Communicate effectively with patients families and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols safety standards and ethical practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree
• Valid registration with the Medical Council
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts and handle medical emergencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of emergency care and treatment protocols
• Capability to work well in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
• Sound knowledge of basic medical procedures and medication administration
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
• Commitment to upholding medical ethics and patient confidentiality
