Candidate should have at least 6 Months to 1 year of telesales experience in the Personal loan division of any bank/NBFC or any other DSA.
Knowledge about disbursement and approval and taking responsibility for file.
Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field preferred. Proven experience in consumer lending with at least X years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong understanding of lending principles regulations and industry best practices. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in loan origination software CRM systems and MS Office applications. Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Oversee the loan application process from start to finish ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with lending regulations and company policies. Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify potential risks. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and maintain a highquality loan portfolio. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and internal policies governing lending practices. Stay informed about changes in regulations and update procedures as necessary.
