As the Group Treasury Manager you will be responsible for all the core areas of Treasury policy and cash management. You will be required to provide overall leadership of cash and debt management including efficient running of the Groups funding requirements maintaining good relationships with the banks supporting a strong control environment and integrating acquisitions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Policy Management
- Establishing effective Treasury policies to support business requirements and efficient operations whilst providing strong governance and control
- Working capital management and business partnering to ensure effective cash cycles for WIP debtor and supplier management are in place
- Ownership of the daytoday banking of the Group ensuring short term funding needs are met
- Management of the Groups Senior Facilities Agreement including preparation and reporting of loan covenant compliance; review of interest calculations
- Leading banking transition to new single provider
- Continual improvement of treasury and cash processes and supporting adhoc projects
Reporting
- Daily cashflow reporting to the Executive leadership team
- Cashflow forecasting on a rolling 13 week basis including monthly reporting pack to the Board
- Establishing reporting improvements within newly implemented finance ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Supporting the annual external audit process
Relationships and Banking
- Manage relationships with banks and lending agents
- Ensuring groupwide bank mandates are accurate uptodate and in line with the Group delegation of authorities
- Maintenance and administration of the online banking platforms
- Migrating existing and new acquisitions onto the Group banking platform.
Skills and Experience
- ACT Qualified however will consider those that are ACA ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Minimum 3 years within a treasury role and commercial business experience
- Proven experience of taking ownership and responsibility
- Well organised able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
- Previous experience in a growing group with multiple acquisitions is desirable
- Confident ability to work with external and internal stakeholders
