JrSr Operations Manager

Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all parking facilities including parking garages surface lots and valet parking services.
• Hire train and supervise all parking staff.
• Develop and implement parking policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all parking facilities are wellmaintained and safe for customers and staff.
• Manage parking revenue and expenses.
• Prepare and present parking budgets to senior management.
• Conduct parking surveys and studies to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with other departments to coordinate parking needs for special events and other activities.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Stay uptodate on the latest parking industry trends and technologies.

Knowledge Qualification & Skills:

• BE/Diploma Mechanical Engineering.
• Overall 8 plus years of experience and min 2 years of experience as Manager.
• Comfortable to operate from Andheri & Shilphata location.
• Good atContractor Finalization and negotiations.
  
• Following up with contractors for manpower supply and site progress.
  
• Responding to Client query w.r.t to start work manpower Material Delivery Status.
  
• Site continuation as per schedule by ensuring all required material and manpower provided onsite in time.
  
• Liaison between Installation / maintenance / Production / Client
  
• Ensuring Site handover process is completed as per defined company policy and documentation.
