• Cost Optimization Champion: Drive initiatives to reduce material costs lead times and inventory requirements.
• Logistics Mastermind: Manage inbound and outbound logistics for seamless delivery.
• CrossFunctional Collaborator: Partner closely with Engineering to identify new suppliers manage quality and mitigate risks.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Experience: 10 years in supply chain management with 5 in power semiconductor purchasing is ideal.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of power electronics semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain systems.
• Strong Negotiator: Stellar track record in supplier selection and contract management.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficient with ERP systems data analysis and forecasting for proactive decisionmaking.
• Problem Solver: Ability to work at a fast pace identifying solutions and collaborating for success.
