Job Description
About The Job
- Monitor the Finance mailbox for incoming invoices and related documents, ensuring they are complete and compliant with policies
- Scrutinise invoices to verify their accuracy and validity, including reviewing vendor and client master records
- Efficiently process invoices, verifying accuracy, ensuring timely payments and accurate allocation to project/cost centre/purchase order
- Accurately input financial data into SAP and regularly update and reconcile financial records to ensure data integrity
- Ensure prompt and accurate disbursement of funds to vendors and partners while monitoring payment schedules and reconciling financial accounts
- Assist in financial audits by providing necessary documentation and data, ensuring compliance with departmental policy and procedures
