We're seeking a Remote Online Chat Service Representative to join our team providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

Job Description:
As a Remote Online Chat Service Representative you will be responsible for engaging with clients and website visitors through our online chat system providing them with information answering questions and resolving issues. This role requires strong communication skills a customerfocused approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to online chat inquiries providing accurate information about our real estate services listings and other related topics.
  • ProblemSolving: Address customer issues and resolve them efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate team member if necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our real estate services and properties to offer helpful information to clients.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record chat interactions and maintain proper records of customer communications.
  • Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and customer service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service call center or online chat support is preferred.
