We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $35 to $40 based on experience.
6month contract with the potential for extension.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Partner with management to proactively source talent in critical skill areas building a talent pipeline for our investment portfolio.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent targeting both passive and active candidates.
Coach managers on the recruitment process including interview techniques and selection criteria.
Stay abreast of recruitment trends in the insurance industry by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts and participating in industry events and professional associations.
Promote our services internally to employees and managers highlighting our value and expertise.
Oversee the candidate selection process and provide managers with the necessary tools to identify and choose the most qualified candidates.
Manage or participate in special projects as required.
What you will need to succeed:
35 years of recruiting experience within the insurance or financial industry preferred.
Demonstrated passion for recruitment and solid experience in the field.
Previous experience using Workday is required.
Experience with Workday highly preferred.
Proficient in using alternative sourcing methods including social media and networking tools.
Demonstrated success in taking a consultative approach with internal and external clients to provide business solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Organized and detailoriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to navigate environments with multiple and shifting priorities with ease.
Innovative thinker with a knack for developing creative recruitment strategies.
Good understanding of the corporate landscape.
Effective team player.
Strong sourcing skills are essential.
Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
